PFDN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,989 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRELID3B, MRPL37, and CCT3. Each is linked with PFDN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN2-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFDN2 versus PRELID3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
