Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFDN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,998 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, rRNA processing, and Threonyl-tRNA aminoacylation. Each is linked with PFDN2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN2-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN2 results are reported.
