PFDN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,292 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KDM3B, DIAPH1, and HSPA4. Each is linked with PFDN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN1-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFDN1 versus KDM3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
