Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,990 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFDN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP24, MAPRE1, and PGK1. Each is linked with PFDN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN1-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFDN1 versus ARHGAP24 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
