PFDN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2OR2-10, IL3, and RNU6-1242P. Each is linked with PFDN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN1-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV2OR2-10 grouped by PFDN1-low versus PFDN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
