Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,903 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are WRAP53, SCO1, and TSR1. Each is linked with PFAS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFAS-to-partner and partner-to-PFAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFAS versus WRAP53 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
