PF4V1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PF4V1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PF4V1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD4+ naive T-cells, and CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with PF4V1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PF4V1-to-partner and partner-to-PF4V1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by PF4V1-low versus PF4V1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PF4V1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PF4V1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
