PEX6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,621 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEX1, RPS6, and ISG20. Each is linked with PEX6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX6-to-partner and partner-to-PEX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX6 versus PEX1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
