Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,423 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein import into peroxisome matrix, translocation, Protein import into peroxisome matrix, receptor recycling, and Protein targeting to peroxisome. Each is linked with PEX6 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX6-to-partner and partner-to-PEX6 results are reported.
