PEX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,533 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VTA1, AFDN, and PPIL4. Each is linked with PEX3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX3-to-partner and partner-to-PEX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX3 versus VTA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
