Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 37,207 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEX14, ABCD3, and PEX16. Each is linked with PEX3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX3-to-partner and partner-to-PEX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX3 versus PEX14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
