PEX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,177 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL135P, GAPDHP56, and TPTE. Each is linked with PEX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX3-to-partner and partner-to-PEX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL135P grouped by PEX3-low versus PEX3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
