PEX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,820 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCMT1, PPIL4, and VTA1. Each is linked with PEX3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX3-to-partner and partner-to-PEX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX3 versus PCMT1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
