PEX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A1, SLC15A5, and KRTAP2-1. Each is linked with PEX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX3-to-partner and partner-to-PEX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A1 grouped by PEX3-low versus PEX3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
