PEX26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,562 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT2A, MICAL3, and TNRC6B. Each is linked with PEX26 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX26-to-partner and partner-to-PEX26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX26→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
