Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,705 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX26-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACAD9, DDTL, and PARD3. Each is linked with PEX26 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX26-to-partner and partner-to-PEX26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX26→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
