PEX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,676 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2J1, YTHDF3, and NCOA2_S699. Each is linked with PEX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX2-to-partner and partner-to-PEX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX2 versus UBE2J1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
