Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,810 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSR3, CTLA4, and TRAV23DV6. Each is linked with PEX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX2-to-partner and partner-to-PEX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX2 versus TSR3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
