Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,853 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEX12, MTCH1, and SAMM50. Each is linked with PEX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX2-to-partner and partner-to-PEX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX2 versus PEX12 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
