PEX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,212 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLB1L2, DNAJC25, and UIMC1. Each is linked with PEX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX2-to-partner and partner-to-PEX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLB1L2 grouped by PEX2-low versus PEX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
