PEX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5P3, OR14A2, and OR52B2. Each is linked with PEX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX2-to-partner and partner-to-PEX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5P3 grouped by PEX2-low versus PEX2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
