Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 390 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX16-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R105P, NBPF5P, and RNU6-264P. Each is linked with PEX16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX16-to-partner and partner-to-PEX16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R105P grouped by PEX16-low versus PEX16-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
