PEX16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX16-associated genes across cancer lineages are PADI4, OR10W1, and IQCF5. Each is linked with PEX16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX16-to-partner and partner-to-PEX16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PADI4 grouped by PEX16-low versus PEX16-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
