PEX14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,475 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCC2, PEX14_S44, and CDK11B. Each is linked with PEX14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX14-to-partner and partner-to-PEX14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX14 versus RCC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
