Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,512 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX14-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC10, SSU72, and DFFA. Each is linked with PEX14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX14-to-partner and partner-to-PEX14 results are reported.
