Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 597 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, RN7SL447P, and LINC00474. Each is linked with PEX14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX14-to-partner and partner-to-PEX14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by PEX14-low versus PEX14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
