Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX14 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,916 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP295, FBXL16, and RPL22. Each is linked with PEX14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX14-to-partner and partner-to-PEX14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP295 grouped by PEX14-low versus PEX14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
