PEX12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,200 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPEPPS, TAF15, and ZNF830. Each is linked with PEX12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX12-to-partner and partner-to-PEX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX12 versus NPEPPS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
