Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,665 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein import into peroxisome matrix, Protein transmembrane import into intracellular organelle, and Protein import into peroxisome matrix, receptor recycling. Each is linked with PEX12 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX12-to-partner and partner-to-PEX12 results are reported.
