PEX12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP1A2, ZIC3, and DCLK3. Each is linked with PEX12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX12-to-partner and partner-to-PEX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP1A2 grouped by PEX12-low versus PEX12-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
