Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PEX11G RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PEX11G data layer compared with 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PEX11G RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PEX11G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and KIRP show a favorable association.

KIRC, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where PEX11G RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
