Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PEX11G mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PEX11G data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher PEX11G mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PEX11G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LUAD show a favorable association.
CCRCC and LUAD are the cancer types where PEX11G mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
