Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PEX11B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PEX11B data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PEX11B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PEX11B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, PRAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where PEX11B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
