PEX11B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX11B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,817 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX11B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX27, RPRD2, and C1orf35. Each is linked with PEX11B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX11B-to-partner and partner-to-PEX11B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX11B versus SNX27 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX11B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX11B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
