PEX11B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX11B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,855 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX11B-associated genes across cancer lineages are POGLUT2, RBFOX2, and TMEM109. Each is linked with PEX11B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX11B-to-partner and partner-to-PEX11B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX11B versus POGLUT2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX11B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX11B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
