Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PEX11A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PEX11A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PEX11A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PEX11A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and PRAD are the cancer types where PEX11A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
