Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PEX11A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PEX11A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PEX11A mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PEX11A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, PDAC, and GBM are the cancer types where PEX11A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
