PEX10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,056 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, ENO1_S263, and LRRC47. Each is linked with PEX10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX10-to-partner and partner-to-PEX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX10 versus DCTPP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
