Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, Notch1, and c-Jun_pS73. Each is linked with PEX10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX10-to-partner and partner-to-PEX10 results are reported.
