PEX10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPS, PRR27, and OR10J5. Each is linked with PEX10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX10-to-partner and partner-to-PEX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPS grouped by PEX10-low versus PEX10-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
