PEX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,255 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN1, PTPRC, and PUS7. Each is linked with PEX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX1-to-partner and partner-to-PEX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX1 versus ZKSCAN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
