PEX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,724 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL39, RRM2, and RFC1. Each is linked with PEX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX1-to-partner and partner-to-PEX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL39 grouped by PEX1-low versus PEX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
