PEX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 723 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T8, CLEC10A, and NAT8B. Each is linked with PEX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX1-to-partner and partner-to-PEX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T8 grouped by PEX1-low versus PEX1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
