PET100

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PET100 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,462 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PET100-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CXorf56, DHPS, and PIN1. Each is linked with PET100 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PET100-to-partner and partner-to-PET100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PET100→partner) and Y-score (partner→PET100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
