Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PET100 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,879 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PET100-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFPT2, AEBP1, and CDC42EP3. Each is linked with PET100 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PET100-to-partner and partner-to-PET100 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PET100→partner) and Y-score (partner→PET100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
