Across TCGA cell cohorts, PET100 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,930 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PET100-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere localization, COPII vesicle coating, and Positive regulation of lysosome organization. Each is linked with PET100 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PET100-to-partner and partner-to-PET100 results are reported.
