PES1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PES1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,788 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PES1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pallium development, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle, and Regulation of epithelial cell proliferation involved in lung morphogenesis. Each is linked with PES1P2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PES1P2-to-partner and partner-to-PES1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PES1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PES1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
