PERP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PERP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,308 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PERP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FZD6, RSPH3, and MAP7. Each is linked with PERP in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PERP-to-partner and partner-to-PERP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PERP versus FZD6 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PERP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PERP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
