Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PERP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,741 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PERP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DSP_S176, DSC2, and SFN. Each is linked with PERP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PERP-to-partner and partner-to-PERP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PERP versus DSP_S176 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PERP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PERP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
