PERM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PERM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,447 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PERM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHN1, HES4, and CPTP. Each is linked with PERM1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PERM1-to-partner and partner-to-PERM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PERM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PERM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
